MINISTRY OF HEALTH
Government funding may be available for hearing aids associated with gaining or maintaining work, primary caregiving of dependent children, fulltime education, vocational training and essential communication needs - read more
School-age children are eligible for full funding of hearing aids when at school or tertiary education up until the age of 21.
$500 subsidy per hearing aid for people 65 and over - read more
People who feel that their hearing loss is attributable to military noise exposure may qualify for a war pension and funding of hearing instruments - read more
Current beneficiaries can apply for a recoverable loan of up to $1000 for a hearing aid, depending on credit limit. Your case manager has more information.
